Vusi is aware of how critical is the competitive edge of the Human Capital with 30 years experience working with high profile local and global organisations. He is highly resourceful in the field of Human Capital and proactive combined with effective conflict resolution and negotiations skills. He has had Senior and Executive Positions in different Companies where he gained extensive experience while interacting with Board Members in different levels with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across both Private and Public Sector.
He has a solid record of dealing with all levels of management and the Organised Labour. He has a proven track record of effectively implementing HR Procedures, Processes as well as Company Policies. He started his career as a Labour Relations Specialist in the Mining Industry and Food Sector after acquiring his Certificate of Development Programme in Labour Relations (DPLR) from UNISA: School of Business Leadership, Master’s Certificate in Labour Relations Management and the Advanced Labour Law Diploma from the then Rand Afrikaans University known now as University of Johannesburg.
He is highly involved in his community which earned him a position of the Chairperson of Dlomodlomo Communal Property Association (CPA) for the past ten (10) years and was the leading member of the team that drafted the constitution. He is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Dlomodlomo Farming Co-operative the trading entity of the above CPA. He has had work related travels to overseas to the following Countries, Spain, Bratislava, St. Petersburg (Russia) and Czech Republic. He was appointed as an (Evangelical Lutheran Church of South Africa) ELCSA Advisor on Labour Matters.
